One customer at a time, Charleston Cleaning and Restoration is cleaning up the Lowcountry.
Charleston Cleaning and Restoration, backed by years of experience, a spotless reputation and a stack of impressive certifications, offers a wide range of services. The company specializes in cleaning carpet; upholstery; fine fabric; Oriental rugs; tile and grout; and leather, as well as in restoring homes and businesses damaged by water, fire and smoke.
In business since 2006, Charleston Cleaning and Restoration is owned by Bryan Irvin, a Charleston native with more than a decade of experience in bringing damaged, dirty and dingy carpet, furniture, fine fabric and leather back to life.
The company’s success is a reflection of Irvin’s business philosophy: Provide high-quality services at a reasonable price, and your customers will return again and again.
“We give our customers good value for their dollar,” Irvin explained. “We have a 100-percent satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with our work, they can call me personally, and I will rush right out and make it right. It we still can’t make them happy, I’ll give them their money back.”
“The bottom line is that we really care about what we do,” Irvin concluded.
Bryan Irvin, owner of Charleston Cleaning and Restoration, and employee Troy Bowles, both can bank on a wide range of experience cleaning carpet, upholstery, fine fabric, Oriental rugs, leather and tile and grout, but they also have an impressive resume of certifications that sets them apart from their competitors.
Irvin holds three Master certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. He is a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer and Master Fire and Smoke Restorer. Bowles also has completed the extensive classes and demonstrated the extensive experience necessary to earn the Master Textile Cleaner designation. As a result, when you hire Charleston Cleaning and Restoration, there is always a certified technician on the job.
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification was established in 1972. A non-profit, independent organization, IICRC promotes high standards, ethics and technical proficiency in the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industries. IICRC offers certifications in 22 distinct areas.
IICRC certification obviously is not easy to come by. Irvin is the only person with three Master certifications east of Interstate 95 in South Carolina, and Charleston Cleaning and Restoration is the only company in the Palmetto State certified in leather cleaning and repair.
The extra work and study involved in obtaining these prestigious certifications was well worth the trouble, according to Irvin.
“It’s important for our customers to know that we’re certified,” he said. “Most companies that do this type of work aren’t.”
